Delivery Time

Delivery times vary according to the destination region and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Orders are delivered through partner carriers or the postal service, always considering the best option available for each location.

Before completing your purchase, you will be able to view the shipping cost and estimated delivery time directly at checkout.

Important: Delivery time begins to count after the order has been shipped.

Order Processing

Once payment has been confirmed, our team carries out the order verification, approval, invoicing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

This process is completed within up to 1 business day, although it may vary during promotional campaigns, special launches, or peak demand periods.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow every stage of the delivery.

You can also track your order directly through your customer account or through the tracking system provided by the carrier responsible for the shipment.

• Orders are invoiced from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend checking the package before accepting delivery.

If you notice any irregularities, such as damaged packaging, damaged products, or discrepancies in your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Once the order status has been updated to "Delivered", any issues must be reported to KT Sportswear within 7 (seven) calendar days.
